The Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) course is aimed at those working in environments that incrementally deliver products to business throughout the project life cycle. This course will confirm that a candidate has successful knowledge and understanding of the Agile Project Management guidance to work as an Agile Project Manager, managing projects with one than one solution delivery team.
This certification provides the ability to deliver Agile Projects in organizations requiring firm standards and visibility around Project Management, while enabling the fast pace, change and empowerment provided by Agile.
This is an intensive four day course leading to the AgilePM® Foundation examination on the third day. The multiple-choice, closed book exam is one hour and consists of 50 questions. Delegates must obtain 50% out of the 50 available marks.
The Agile Project Management Practitioner exam which takes place on the final day is an objective-testing two and a half hour exam. Delegates are presented with 4 questions worth 20 marks each. Delegates must obtain 50% out of the 80 available marks. This examination is open-book allowing only for the AgilePM® Manual to be taken into the examination.
